Kunalini Workshop w/ Jess Wolke --- Friday, May 15th --- 9:00am-10:30am
Blooming Spirit: A Kundalini Yoga Journey of Flowers and Rebirth
Step into the blossoming energy of May with a transformative Kundalini Workshop designed to awaken your inner vitality and celebrate the season of renewal. As flowers bloom, so too can your spirit. This session with guide you through kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and mantra to invite rebirth, growth, and vitality into your life. You will connect to the cycles of nature, embody the freshness of spring, and cultivate an inner garden of peace, joy, and beauty. This kriya will be infused with the symbolism of flowers - opening like buds reaching for the sun, letting go like petals falling and embracing the beauty of renewal.

Flower of Life Multipurpose Room
Every Saturday Morning - Group Meditation w/ Core Harmonizer
Come to a Group Meditation with the Core Harmonizer led by ingrid nevar (our Biofield Tuner practitioner) in our beautiful Tree of Life Classroom or Flower of Life Multipurpose Room on Saturday Mornings at 9am.
Meditation length will be approximately 30-35 minutes.
$10/person
Doors open just before 9am. Please be seated by 9am. Meditation will start between 9am and 9:05am and wrap up by 9:30-9:35. The room will transition at 9:40am to Kundalini yoga for those who would like to stay for the next class. (Please book separately.)
LYNNE PATERSON --- May 15th / June 12th&13th / July 10th&11th
During each Sacred Sound Healing, Lynne will serenade your soul with divinely channeled tones so you may bask in the wellspring of peace and wholeness within. Each event is unique, never-to-be-repeated, attuned to the energy of the day.
Participants sit or recline, with eyes closed, while the tones, frequencies and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, flute, drum, rattle, bells, chimes, tuning forks and vocal tones weave their magic.
Many people experience a release of limiting imprints, some connect to their ancestors or have an inner journey, others notice a reduction in physical pain or feel energized. Sound is the most ancient healing technology, and we trust Divine Intelligence to guide the way, so all participants receive exactly what they need, to re-awaken states of balance and wholeness within.
Sacred Sound Healing Events will be Friday Evenings - 6:00pm-8:00pm (BOOK: May 15th / BOOK: June 12th / BOOK: July 10th)
Please Note: Each event is a separate event must be booked separate / $40 per event

We also offer add-ons for pampering you and your wedding party before the big day! We have a number of energy practitioners and technologies that help de-stress so you feel your best on your special day! Please note: We are an alcohol-free venue. We look forward to working with you!
Private Events
We have two rooms onsite for private, conscious, quiet events, that align with our purpose of expanding consciousness and align with our mission statement. Our Tree of Life Classroom holds up to 12 people, and our Flower of Life Multipurpose Room holds up to 55 people. Call our front desk for pricing and more details. 401-398-4040.
