Every Saturday Morning - Group Meditation w/ Core Harmonizer
Come to a Group Meditation with the Core Harmonizer led by ingrid nevar (our Biofield Tuner practitioner) in our beautiful Flower of Life Multipurpose Room on Saturday Mornings at 9am. Meditation length will be approximately 35 minutes.

Location: Flower of Life Multipurpose Room
Please Note: Doors open just before 9am. Please be seated by 9am. Meditation will start between 9am and 9:05am and wrap up by 9:30-9:35. The room will transition at 9:40am to Kundalini yoga for those who would like to stay for the next class. (Please book separately.)
Foraging Class #2 w/ Ridge Spears of the Narragansett Indian Tribe --- October 10th
Foraging Class #2 w/ Ridge Spears of the Narragansett Indian Tribe - Ready to learn about even more plants? In his first class Ridge identified approximately 30 plants on the Awaken Wholeness Center property. For his next class, Ridge will continue to share his knowledge of the land and continue teaching about different plants than during his first class. Each class contains its own curriculum and you can join right in even if you didn't take the first class. The plants and take-home project will change with each class Ridge teaches.
Learn how to eat off the land from life long forager and Narragansett Native American, Ridge Spears. Ridge is coming to the Awaken Wholeness Center to share his skill set and teach you how to properly identify food sources and medicinal plants that you can find in your own backyard. In this class you will learn how to properly identify edible plants, learn about what the edible parts are and how to prepare and use them.
This is a practical hands-on make-and-take class! Journals and pencils will be provided. The class is held outdoors and will be held rain or shine. Participants will be walking pre-designated portions of the property on uneven terrain. Please dress accordingly. Bring a snack / lunch and a water bottle as there will be a 15min food break during the class.
Kids 15 and younger must be accompanied by an Adult who must also register for the class separately.
All participants must register for the class under their own name, and sign an Awaken Wholeness Center waiver before participating (unless you have already signed our waiver before). Pre-registration and payment is recommended. If you come the day of the class and want to sign up / pay the same day, please allow extra time to complete the registration process so the class can start on time. It is recommended to come approximately 15 minutes ahead of time to do so.

Sound Bath - Sacred Sound Healing w/ Lynne Paterson --- October 17th
During each Sacred Sound Healing, Lynne will serenade your soul with divinely channeled tones so you may bask in the wellspring of peace and wholeness within. Each event is unique, never-to-be-repeated, attuned to the energy of the day.
Participants sit or recline, with eyes closed, while the tones, frequencies and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, flute, drum, rattle, bells, chimes, tuning forks and vocal tones weave their magic.
Many people experience a release of limiting imprints, some connect to their ancestors or have an inner journey, others notice a reduction in physical pain or feel energized. Sound is the most ancient healing technology, and we trust Divine Intelligence to guide the way, so all participants receive exactly what they need, to re-awaken states of balance and wholeness within.

Join us for our Seasonal Awaken Potluck! Meet like-minded people. Share in conversation. Eat food prepared with Love. Pre-registration is recommended and preferred so we can prepare the room with enough tables and chairs for everyone attending. Doors open at 5:00pm. Food will be served as it arrives. Bring a dish to share! We encourage you to bring healthy dishes, made with love. Bring a list of ingredients as we want to make sure that anyone with certain food restrictions or allergies know what they are eating. Please remember this facility is a substance-free center. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are permitted inside, outside, or on the property anywhere.

We have two rooms onsite for private, conscious, quiet events, that align with our purpose of expanding consciousness and align with our mission statement.
