JESS WOLKE --- April 17th
April Showers! Flowing with the Water Element
Dive deep into the transformative power of water with this special Kundalini Yoga class. You will be guided through a kriya, breathwork, and a meditation designed to awaken the flow of energy within. Water symbolizes adaptability, emotional balance, purification and creativity— all qualities we’ll embody to release stagnant energy, restore inner harmony, and cultivate a sense of emotional freedom. Join us to replenish, renew, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of your body and mind, flowing with the energy of water.

DR. EDWARD NEAL --- April 25 &26th
Join us for an inspiring weekend immersion into the living roots of Chinese medicine. Drawing on more than 25 years of in‑depth classical text archaeology, Dr. Neal, MD will share how ancient physicians understood beauty, health, and the natural world as a single, integrated whole. In the class, we will explore recently discovered ideas from early Chinese medical texts, and also engage in experiential exercises designed to help us embody these teachings in daily life.
This class is ideal for healthcare practitioners and general members of the public who wish to reconnect with the natural world and rediscover beauty as a fundamental quality of human health and flourishing.
Dr. Edward Neal is a renowned expert in Classical Text Archaeology and the visionary behind Neijing Nature-Based Medicine (NNBM). Originally an emergency room physician with decades of experience studying and practicing Chinese medicine, Dr. Neal offers a unique approach that integrates the profound wisdom of the Huangdi Neijing with the realities of modern clinical practice. In addition to his professional experience as an MD and Chinese medicine physician, he completed post-graduate studies at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland and has been a consultant to the World Health Organization on issues of traditional medicine. He is passionate about empowering practitioners to unlock the full potential of Chinese medicine and achieve transformative results for their patients.

Every Saturday Morning - Group Meditation w/ Core Harmonizer
Come to a Group Meditation with the Core Harmonizer led by ingrid nevar (our Biofield Tuner practitioner) in our beautiful Tree of Life Classroom or Flower of Life Multipurpose Room on Saturday Mornings at 9am.
Meditation length will be approximately 30-35 minutes.
$10/person
Doors open just before 9am. Please be seated by 9am. Meditation will start between 9am and 9:05am and wrap up by 9:30-9:35. The room will transition at 9:40am to Kundalini yoga for those who would like to stay for the next class. (Please book separately.)

We have a number of energy practitioners and technologies that help de-stress so you feel your best on your special day! Please note: We are an alcohol-free venue. Private Events
We have two rooms onsite for private, conscious, quiet events, that align with our purpose of expanding consciousness and align with our mission statement. Our Tree of Life Classroom holds up to 12 people, and our Flower of Life Multipurpose Room holds up to 55 people. Call our front desk for pricing and more details. 401-398-4040.
