Every Saturday Morning - Group Meditation w/ Core Harmonizer
Come to a Group Meditation with the Core Harmonizer led by ingrid nevar (our Biofield Tuner practitioner) in our beautiful Flower of Life Multipurpose Room on Saturday Mornings at 9am. Meditation length will be approximately 35 minutes.

Please Note: Doors open just before 9am. Please be seated by 9am. Meditation will start between 9am and 9:05am and wrap up by 9:30-9:35. The room will transition at 9:40am to Kundalini yoga for those who would like to stay for the next class. (Please book separately.)
Family Constellations Workshop w/ Bruna Rugg --- November 7th
FROM BLOCKAGE TO FLOW
A Family Constellation Workshop for Restoring Connection, Inner Strength & the Flow of Abundance
Do you ever feel that something is holding you back—that no matter how much inner work you do, certain patterns in your relationships, family, purpose, finances, health, or other areas of life continue to repeat? Perhaps you carry feelings of guilt, fear, responsibility, limitation, or not fully belonging that you can't explain. You may also be navigating health concerns or symptoms that seem to repeat within your family and feel curious about exploring them through a systemic lens. Sometimes what keeps us stuck may be connected not only to our individual story, but also to relationships, experiences, and patterns within our family system.
Family Constellation offers an opportunity to gently bring awareness to hidden dynamics, unconscious ancestral loyalties, and people or experiences that may have been excluded from the family story. Rather than rejecting our past, we seek to acknowledge and include what has been left out, honor those who came before us, and recognize burdens and patterns that may not be ours to carry. As we reconnect with our roots and our own place within the family system, we can access more of our own strength and create space for love, life, connection, and abundance to flow more freely.
Whether you come with a recurring relationship or emotional pattern, a family dynamic, challenges around purpose or abundance, a health experience you would like to explore from a systemic perspective, or simply a sense that something in your life is ready to move, you are welcome. Through receiving, representing, or witnessing a constellation, new perspectives and movements can emerge. This is an invitation to honor where you come from without being bound by the past—to reconnect with your place, your strength, and the freedom to more fully live the life that is yours.

Family Constellations w/ Bruna Rugg 11/7/26
Sound Bath - Sacred Sound Healing w/ Lynne Paterson --- November 14th
During each Sacred Sound Healing, Lynne will serenade your soul with divinely channeled tones so you may bask in the wellspring of peace and wholeness within. Each event is unique, never-to-be-repeated, attuned to the energy of the day.
Participants sit or recline, with eyes closed, while the tones, frequencies and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, flute, drum, rattle, bells, chimes, tuning forks and vocal tones weave their magic.
Many people experience a release of limiting imprints, some connect to their ancestors or have an inner journey, others notice a reduction in physical pain or feel energized. Sound is the most ancient healing technology, and we trust Divine Intelligence to guide the way, so all participants receive exactly what they need, to re-awaken states of balance and wholeness within.

Private Events
We have two rooms onsite for private, conscious, quiet events, that align with our purpose of expanding consciousness and align with our mission statement.
